By using UniNest, you agree to participate in the community truthfully, respectfully, and safely.
Truthful listings
Listings must be accurate. You must have the right to use all photos and must not misrepresent a listing or conceal important sublease restrictions.
Community conduct
Ghostwriting, exam cheating, currency exchange, scams, advertising, traffic diversion, personal attacks, discrimination, threats, harassment, and privacy violations are prohibited.
Transaction safety
Do not transfer money before meeting or inspecting by video. Confirm written landlord or agent consent for a sublease.
Enforcement
The platform may remove prohibited content, warn or restrict accounts, and permanently ban serious or repeated offenders.
Necessary disclosure
After human review of serious misconduct, the platform reserves the right to report the matter to a university or relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authority, subject to the Privacy Policy.
