Contact details and access-log privacy notice
This notice explains when UniNest displays contact details, why access is logged, and how you can manage your data.
When contact details appear
Contact details are never embedded in public page source. Direct mode still checks sign-in, verification, account state, blocks and daily allowance. Approval mode also requires explicit publisher consent.
Why access is logged
Each successful view records the viewer, publisher, listing and time so harassment, advertising and scam reports can be investigated. Only authorised administrators may use these records for safety work.
Retention period
Contact-access logs are planned to be retained for 12 months. Notice acceptances and sanctions follow configured backend retention periods. Legal obligations or an active safety investigation may require longer retention.
Who may receive information
After human review of serious misconduct, the platform may disclose account, listing, contact, and audit information necessary to handle the incident to a relevant university or law-enforcement or regulatory authority. Reports are never sent automatically.
Correction, complaints and deletion
You can replace or close listing contact details and request correction, account and related data deletion, or review of inappropriate access. Formal support routes will open when the backend and support process are connected.
